A note from De Casa
Because we operate with intention and craft our pieces in small, thoughtful batches, our return process looks a little different than big retailers. We want you to love what you bring into your home, but we kindly ask that you review our guidelines below before initiating a return.

Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@decasastore.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
Items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be returned in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may be refused and returned to sender.
Final Sale
Items marked Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe you received a faulty item, please email hello@decasastore.com with photos and your order number.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as De Casa cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
