Standard Shipping Canada
• $12 CAD
• Free on orders of $250 CAD and over
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping Canada
• $25 CAD
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days


United States

Standard International
• $25 CAD
• Free on orders of $350 CAD and over
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Express International
• $35 CAD
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days


International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier. We work with trusted partners including Canada Post, DHL, and FedEx to offer reliable delivery options.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination.


Processing & Handling

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

International orders include a handling fee which contributes to packaging preparation, fulfillment, customs documentation, and carrier processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Remote delivery areas
  • Peak shipping periods

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship once all items become available unless otherwise specified.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, and local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Where available, prepaid duties may be offered at checkout. If duties are not prepaid, they remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of acceptance, any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

 


Shipping Restrictions

Orders must include a valid residential or business address.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
